A woman was shot Wednesday at Pembroke Gun and Range, 3130 SW 19th St., Pembroke Park.
She was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood by the Broward Sheriff’s Office Fire Rescue shortly after 2 p.m.
It appeared to investigators that the woman had shot herself, BSO said. What exactly happened was still under investigation.
A man who answered the telephone at the gun range and identified himself as the manager declined to comment.
